The Support Specialist is one of the perks in Killing Floor. They utilize shotguns and are more proficient at carrying gear and welding.
They level up by dealing damage with perk weapons and by welding doors. You do not currently have to be playing as a Support Specialist to level it up, as long as you are using Support Specialist weapons or welding doors it will count.
